Domestic Shipping Policy (Shipment processing time)

Within 2 – 4 days from Monday to Friday during office hours, excluding weekends or Public Holidays. Delivery transit time within Malaysia will highly depending on arrangement of our courier partner.

Delivery orders will be delivered :

  • Delivery will be available from Monday to Friday during office hours, excluding weekends or Public Holidays.
  • 5 – 7 working days for orders within Peninsular Malaysia.
  • 5 – 8 working days for orders within East Malaysia.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

  • Purchase less than RM 100.00, will be charged RM 11.00.
  • Free Delivery are applicable for orders of RM 150.00 and above.
  • Your parcel will be delivered using our company appointed delivery courier company.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

  • We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
